Likely to be legacy routes from the old colonial days with the exception of
the Swiss route I would think. Can't really comment on the facilities at the
end of the line, but I would be suprised if they used exclusively 'local'
crews.

As an interesting aside VS use / used an Air Atlanta aircraft and crew? on
their Lagos route. Anyone know why?
