Tick..Tick..Tick.  Time's running out and United aint rising.  The employee
owners think Humpty Dumpty can be put back together with the right
management.  The creditors know they'll get more back through liquidation
than reorganization.  This is going to be uglier than Michael Jackson's two
face lifts!
