Dorval has a couple also, but I have no idea why, since there's no remote stands, as far as I know.  Yet, I see them driving around on the tarmac occasionally.  They may be used as a second unloading point for international arrivals out on the Aeroquay, and the pax are driven right to the doorway into Customs, rather than take the long walk through the tunnel.

[by PTVs, I assume you mean the ones that have hydraulic struts to lift
them up, not busses like TLV where you're dropped off planeside, and
then walk up stairs.]
