I don't understand AWA's hub concept.

The CMH hub is not really a hub.  It has two routes to the west.  Most routes
are to the east and south.  Just about every destination in the east and south
has nonstop service to the other two hubs.  If they wanted CMH to make money,
why didn't they add more flights to the north and west?

Why does AWA have two major hubs within such a short distance of each other?
Just about every destination is served by AWA is served from both LAS and PHX.
