Continental resumes Jamaica service Continental Airlines returned to Jamaica after an eight-year absence last week when one of its 737s touched down at Montego Bay's Sangster International Airport. The inaugural flight arrived Thursday afternoon from Newark, N.J., to a welcoming party that included top company officials, according to The Associated Press. Continental will operate one flight per day from Newark to Montego Bay and Kingston, making those cities Continental's 48th and 49th destinations in Latin American and the Caribbean.
