Who knows. Probably a go-around on a arrival on the new 24L which
required a departure on 24R to divert northwards causing you coming off
23 to head northwards.

There's nothing else in the area...

I've noted that 24L as of the end of October has officially opened.
Should make arrival delays a thing of the past... for now.
