Check out CZBB, just So. of CYVR. It's about a 20 min drive to CYVR and about 50 mins to downtown YVR. Avoid rush hour MO-FR as there is an "ugly tunnel" to contend with! That is if you plan to leave the Airport.... I have no idea what the landing $ might be - very reasonable I would think. There are a few other options - depends on your plans.
