Boeing 777-300ER Rollout Ceremony to Be Broadcast Worldwide on the
Internet

    EVERETT, Wash., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boeing (NYSE: BA

broadcast worldwide the Nov. 14 rollout ceremony of its newest jetliner,
the

777-300ER (Extended Range). This is the world's first jetliner rollout

broadcast via the Internet.

    The broadcast from Boeing's final assembly factory in Everett will
be

available for viewing on the Internet beginning at 3 p.m. (PST), Nov.
14,

2002, at http://www.boeing.com/commercial/777family/rollout/ .
Inability to

immediately view the event may occur due to heavy traffic on the site.

    The event will bring together more than 4,000 employees, customers,

partners and suppliers to celebrate the completion of a first-of-model

airplane. The ceremony is expected to last approximately 30 minutes. The

777-300ER is the fourth of the five versions currently planned in the
777

family.

    "This is an exciting opportunity for the 777 team to share its

accomplishment with others around the world," said Lars Andersen, Boeing
777

Longer Range program manager. "The ceremony we have planned will
recognize the

people around the world who helped design and build this airplane, and
who

ultimately will use it in service."

    The ceremony will include a dramatic unveiling of the airplane,
which has

a striking red, white and blue paint scheme. Featured speakers include

Alan Mulally, Boeing Commercial Airplanes president and CEO; Dave
Calhoun,

president and CEO of Cincinnati -based GE Aircraft Engines, and
Andersen.
