Any ideas? 1) Wrong business model - this wasn't an "airline" as we know 'em, but merely a plan by hotel owners to to fill a gazillion empty rooms in a low yield market. 2) Wrong equipment - too many cheap seats to fill on a B757 to break even. 3) Wrong competition - LUV and a refocused Cactus left absolutely no room for an airline catering to bottom fishers. 4) Wrong timing - it is the economy, stupid!
