A cockpit crew member with Continental Airlines was prevented from boarding a flight on Tuesday after appearing to be unfit for duty, the airline has confirmed.The pilot was stopped at Houston's Bush Intercontinental Airport as he was preparing to join a domestic flight to Orlando, Florida.The company reported the incident to the Federal Aviation Administration and says the unnamed pilot has been relieved of duty pending a review.There were more than 150 passengers on board the Boeing 737 which was delayed around 30 minutes following the incident while a replacement crew was found.
