RNP 'Required Navigation Procedures', GPS/sat-nav based services, for example,
enabling independent parallel ILS at SFO, where rwy displacement is 750'.

RVSM 'Reduced Vertical Separation Minima', 1000' vertical spacings vs. 2000'.
Now used intra-Europe and on transoceanic tracks.

Yep, and scopes were round (or square) green screens not rectangular color
XGA...
