Dennis, give them a second chance (or third) :) Last summer they tried really hard after my complaint. Since them I flew them once and flew their affliate (Chautauqua) as Express. They are decent to say the least.. But it still is a hit or miss airline. Give us a trip report. RT and I would like to find out about your trip.
