How does the airline return to profitability?

Dennis, I am trying to determine how best to restore airlines to
profitability. If you're suggesting Boeing should lower their prices for
their goods so that airline labor costs levels can remain the same is
unrealistic.

I understand the plight of the working stiff...that's why the question...How
do you return the airline to profitability...that's in the best interests of
the employees, shareholders, suppliers, passengers etc.

What would you recommend management should do?

Now why would fuel be fixed and labor not?
Why would equipment be fixed and labor not?
Why would landing fees be a fixed cost and labor not?
Think about what you said
IMaybe we should consder labor the same as landing fees....fixed? or
negiotable ?
Same with aircraft costs, fuel costs, rent at airport etc etc etc----nothing
is sacred or is it? Big business rules and the workers get the ride in the
Kings Elavator...the Royal shaft
