OK I found something -
An El Al pilot on a flight from Tel Aviv to Moscow reported last night
that he had seen the flash of what he thought was a rocket fired in his
direction. It happened over the Russian city of Petrovsk on the Caspian Sea.
Transportation Minister Ephraim Sneh debriefed the pilot, a former Israel
Air Force pilot, and said later that he trusts him to be able to recognize a
rocket when he sees one. Public Security Minister Uzi Landau, visiting in
Kiev, met today with Ukrainian officials on the matter. Israeli officials
say that the plane was at no time in danger.
