This I knew - and I also know (but forgot to mention) that Great Lakes, UA,
and F9 flight numbers from DEN-____ are all identical.

You're right - UA must have RECENTLY dropped affiliation with Great Lakes
for all of GL's MSP-___ service.

Might that be my answer?
