Mike,
If their union contract has a rehab clause they may not be able to fire
them.  I've sort of lost touch with the contracts contents.  But the
American Disability Act or whatever it's name is (I think) states alcholism
is considered an disease and therefore if they enter rehab they cannot loose
their jobs.  Would someone a little more familar with current contrats
please expand.
