If you're going to make 737s with 2-3 seat configurations instead of 3-3, you're going to have to raise ticket prices by 20% to make up for the lost revenue. Why should those of us who fit in a standard coach seat have to pay 20% more to accommodate those who don't? (And how else would you increase seat widths?) Argue all you want about how wide a seat should be, but there will still be someone who won't fit. Then, what? I'm sure someone's going to raise a fuss.
