LOL... I would think the same thing, except that, I have called the TSA comment line so many times I've lost count. A couple of calls have been 10-15 minutes were they have taken down my full story in detail making sure that I had a contol number to follow-up with, and I have. I know they do follow-up with many of the concerns and complaints. My problems and reports with 1544.211e4 evidently made an impact somewhere in the system because since then, more than one of the 'call takers' have told me they have received a number of calls concerning this matter and one person with 35 rolls of film kept calling us to give reports. I said "that was me!" For what it is worth, I've seen progress in the attitudes/respect from of most of the TSA personnel since and I report that also when I call.
