OK, let me rephrase my statement. I meant "CO is the only US airline that runs 757s across the Atlantic". Now it sounds better :) Thanks for all that information that was provided. I was surprised to see so many ETOPS certified 757s by United. I'd think that they would have handful and limit them to the SFO, LAX area for service to the Hawaiian destinations.
