I lost track and gave up on what was going on at Arrow Air after their accident in the Canadian Maritimes. Every other week there was a scandal of some kind for years. Every time I visited MIA, I couldn't believe they were still there with some kind of operation....even with some of their aircraft parked under the awning there at MIA looking like there were partially cannibalized.
