The real scoop on B307

There is a rumor in the aviation community in the Puget Sound
area about how that beautiful airliner ended up in the cold waters.
This is the scenario that people were talking about...

The crew decided to fly from BFI to PAE that day. Since the
fuel is cheaper in PAE they decided to leave with just enough
fuel to get to PAE and plus.

While in PAE the crew forgets about refueling and then they have
a problem with the #3 engine. The crew decides to head back to
BFI since "their cars are parked there". The fact that the hydraulic
system that runs the gear system is been secured doesn't occur to
the crew until they come closer to BFI and they are struggling to
put the gear down manually.

These chain of evens cause all the engines to run out of fuel and
they decide to ditch..

Once again, it's a "story" that we have been hearing, nothing set
on the stone. But, the fact that 4 engines having engine failure
all at once doesn't sound like an engine trouble , but fuel
starvation.
