I think they could become a 'leaner' operation--fewer divisions and vice presidents etc (seems the same type management that ran PanAm into the ground) Start selling what the public wants to buy maybe? There are few 'frills'left anyway so why pretend. Simplify the fares, push internet sales, cut unprofitable routes (screw the market share theory) More point to point and fewer hubs?
