option 1 - split the company into two parts, one the ops and the other the
customer side.  Let the customer side contract with ops side for transport.
Of course the ops side would have to compete for the business.  Customer
side would own the customer relationship and the ops side would either
become competitive or wither.

option 2 - declare chap 11, put the company up for sale.  Forcing the
outrageous labor costs down forever by making the pilots either buy it all
or sell their stake.
