Not true
Every union contract I have seen or negioated gives very specific rules for
repremanding and dismissing a problem employee.  Not that difficult. Usually
1 or 2 documented verbal repremands, then 1-2 written repremands and then
OUT.This seems fair. Union contract only protects workers from some idiot
manager who doesnt like your looks, personality or opinions and just plain
want you gone.
