.... sometimes it is popular if the normal ATC flight number (plan) is messed up...for ATC purposes a new flight plan is entered using a high-end flight number. But I did not see any SEA QX arrivals on the PDX board at the arrival time about 20 mins ago. So I don't think it went to a gate. aircraft type F-28....
