Without any additional info I can only guess. Current PDX info does not show
it going to a gate, so it might be a reposition for a morning departure or a
ferry flight of somekind....or of course a charter.  Often nowadays charters
are posted on the arrivals screen.  Also there was a similar flight 9850
earlier today.
