Jim,
This is actually (IMHO) the easiest 'graveyard' to visit and photograph with
convenient perimeter roads.  In fact, when I visit LAX, it is an easy
morning drive to VCV and I can be back at LAX by 1400.
10-15 rolls of film shot each VCV visit.  Mojave may be the ultimate, but
VCV will not let you down....Actually it will...it's a very depressing
sight.
