Easy, for the flight crews and dispatchers, all their times are Zulu (GMT or
Coordinated Universal Time as it's now called).

For the mere mortal passengers, we just suffer and arrive late, miss
connections, have our luggage turn up in Khartoum etc, in other words,
business as usual  :-)
