Not really. The landing fees at DFW last I was there were next to nothing,..somewhere around 50.00, I recall on the bill for a Lear 35. For a C-172..probably around 15.00-20.00. What ever runway it took off from would not have any bearing on the fees...ATC tells him where to go anyway for the most part unless the pilot requests another runway for a reason and fees are based on landing and parking at most major airports. Parking fees at DFW for transient overnight GA aircraft are a different story.
