To complete the last question it was G-ALHK aka "Atlanta".

For those whose memories don't go back that far (mine doesn't, but my
library's does!), the C-4 Argonaut was known in Canada as the North Star, a
DC-4 airframe that had RR Merlin engines, in addition to being pressurized.
Initial owners included Canadian Pacific, Trans-Canada Airlines (now Air
Canada),  the Royal Canadian Air Force, and of course BOAC.
