The average travel agent here would be lucky to know where CZM is, and certainly not ROR or TKK. I'm not out to bash travel agents at all; my purpose in mentioning this site was in reference to a claim that one can't view fare classes and bucket availability online. I wouldn't know those codes I mentioned if I weren't a diver, btw, so I wouldn't expect a non-specialist agent to know them either. As you can probably guess, though, I book my own travel. Steven
