Wow, guess I should have my company change my title from Corporate Travel Consultant to Corporate Jizzabag...yeah, I like that. >So it is the 'mom > & pop' or corner store travel agencies (the majority of > agencies) that wind up > getting screwed. I didn't realize that mom&pop or street corner agencies were the majority. Hmmm guess my top 10 agency list is wrong? > If they corporate agencies are smart...they too will see > the writing on the > wall...that their number is about to be called. Would never happen, corporate agents don't live on these furtive deals. No matter what an airline does, you'll never get Joe VIP CEO CIO Chairman to book his own travel...no way no how. Corpoate agents will live forever in some form. Yes, I do feel bad...very bad for my leisure counterparts but theres little we can do. The smart ones will survive, it's only the weak that will disappear. There's still plenty for a leisure agent to make money on besides air commissions and thats where things will change. There is no need to take it out on the corporate agents. Michael Corporate Jizzbag
