NWA appears to be offering an internet only fare on its direct and
connecting services as a "thank you" to AmericaWest which runs a pair of
nonstops in the market and has upset the industry apple cart(el) with
its one-way and low walk-up pricing initiative.  A number of other
carriers are doing same.
