We only use consolidator RTW fares and usually travel UA or NW throughout
the US. Never had any problems with reval, involuntary endorsement or denied
boarding compensation. Then again, never had the word BULK in the fare calc
box either, always showed a full calc, nothing like what we paid, but a
figure non the less.
