you have bought consolidator tickets..... Your ticket is valid on NW/KLM only.. non refundable, no endorsable = no other carrier will accept your ticket if your flights are canceled.... so no rule 240 etc.... You are also exempted from receiving denied boarding compensation because your fare calculation box says "bulk" On another note... my tickets last dec to Europe were the same... When my flight to CDG was cancelled the KLM gate agent was going to put us on an Air France flight (but turned out to be an air traffic control strike) even though our tickets were non endorsable.... I have used consolidator tickets for the last 15 yrs and never had any problems.... hope this helps... Scott SFO
