I know you're talking hard runways but Miami has a runway that's 16,000 feet
or so in length and a couple of hundred feet wide.  It's the seaplane runway
at Government Cut between MacArthur Causeway and the Port of Miami on Dodge
Island.  It's the one used by Chalk's Ocean Airways.
