if you include military...EDW is one with the hard surface of 4/22  being
14,994 feet

X68 NASA Shuttle Landing Facility (Private) 15/33 is 15,000 feet

JFK 13R/31L 14,572 feet

MIA 9R/27L 13,000 feet

ORD 14R/32L 13,000 feet

(There are a few rwys in the US that are 13,000 feet)

DFW 17R/35L 13,401 feet

Those are few that come to mind...
