Thanks to Walter and David for their replies. Okay, Harare is 4700m which makes it longer than the longest of JFK's four runways which measure 2560, 3048, 3640 and 4442 metres. What I'm after now is Heathrow, Johannesburg International and Charles de Gaulle if anyone has that info. Thanks again, Geoff in Harare
