Hi Geoff,
I couldn't find any sites that list data, but do specific www.google.com
searches.  I searched "Harare International Airport runway length" and this
was one of many sties that came up.

If you don't find any specific data, please let me know.  I have Jeppessen
approach plates for most of the major airports..
