The flights had been suspended after Sept. 11. Executives for the Tempe, Ariz.-based airline say the resumption of the flight to Reagan National Airport is part of the gradual restoration of flights at the Washington airport, which was shut down for three weeks after the terrorist attacks. The first America West non-stop from McCarran International Airport to Reagan National will take off Feb. 27.
