The 747 mixed aircraft is very small aircraft on the "inside"... The last row of seats on a standard KLM747 are in the high 60s....I sat in row 66 and there were still a few rows behind me... On the mixed aircraft the last row is 45 (but the first to be served food). All KLM mixed 747-300 and 400 series aircraft hold 7 pallets of cargo in the rear... Whoever said a KLM 747 and a NW DC10 aircraft are about the same..... is wrong.... talk about being on some heavy tranquilizers to compare NW service with KLM nazi staff, BUT KLM can always gurarntee you one thing...... a sore body for several days as you feel the DVT run its course... How about that for a parting gift? Scott SFO Not looking forward to my next KLM experience. Taking my airfare savings to pay for future DVT txs.
