True true, customer service was already down in the
dumps prior to this past fall, but I get the
impression the airlines are using this past fall as an
excuse to make no further improvements in customer
relations. If anything, make the customers feel
welcome, invite them to fly more (low fares alone
don't always cut it), treat them well, treat those who
are flying well so that they tell others that flying
is better now...
