i flew non-rev on delta to FRA in november- I also was tagged for full search- big deal- if they would have wanted me to- i would have gone to a back room with them and they can strip search me down to my boxers- i dont give a crap- ill do whatever it takes for security.  i do understand though that many americans dont feel quite the way i do or atleast would not be as liberal with their rights as I am in the name of security.

I have friends in Boston, 2 couples whose husbands work for Delta (all in
their late 50s) and over 20 years working for the airline. Recently flew out
west and were pulled aside for full baggage and then carryon inspections
(random?) on all 4 flights they took. Their feelings are that airline staff
are not permitted to complain about anything so the carriers are using them
to fill their quota of random extra security harassment. Seems probably eh?
