Dear Eric, for the begin: you're right, I am not attempting to build 2.6.3 but 2.63 instead, this was just a typo. Thank you very much for your hint, so I called make check TESTSUITEFLAGS='-v 27', the output of this command does not lead me really further, hence I attach what is significant during the processing of this command, maybe you have more insight what actually happens and what is expected to happen and how to circumvent the problem (probably). Thank your very much for your feedback, take care Dieter ************* Am Dienstag 29 Dezember 2009 04:55:40 schrieb Eric Blake: > Thanks for the report. There's no autoconf-2.6.3. For that matter, 2.65 has been released; would you mind retesting ************* STARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTARTSTART: make[3]: Entering directory `/usr/src/packages/BUILD/autoconf-2.63/tests' /bin/sh ./testsuite -v 27 ## ----------------------------- ## ## GNU Autoconf 2.63 test suite. ## ## ----------------------------- ## 27. tools.at:941: testing ... ./tools.at:947: automake --version || exit 77 stderr: stdout: automake (GNU automake) 1.10 Written by Tom Tromey <tromey@xxxxxxxxxx> and Alexandre Duret-Lutz <adl@xxxxxxx>.
