Thanks for the report.  There's no autoconf-2.6.3.  Perhaps you meant
2.63?  For that matter, 2.65 has been released; would you mind retesting
with the newer release?

The whole testsuite.log is designed to contain everything that might be
useful in diagnosing the report.  But if you want to trim to just a
subset, look for the section that describes the verbose run of test 27,
and why the test passed unexpectedly.  You can also get to this with:

make check TESTSUITEFLAGS='-v 27'

without running through the other tests.
