As I understand it, the definitive source is the .rpm file in the
repository.  If you have direct repository access, just query the file:

  rpm -qp --depends A-<version>-<release>.<arch>.rpm
  rpm -qp --provides A-<version>-<release>.<arch>.rpm
  ...etc...
