Hi Jan,

Thanks a lot for your help so far. Below is the output from the first
commands, I will post soon the results from the repository.

[root@euripidis ~]# rpm -q yum python-sqlite2 sqlite
yum-3.0.5-1.el5.centos.5
package python-sqlite2 is not installed
sqlite-3.3.6-2
[root@euripidis ~]# rpm -V yum python-sqlite2 sqlite
package python-sqlite2 is not installed
prelink: /lib/libc-2.5.so has a dependency cycle
prelink: /usr/bin/sqlite3: at least one of file's dependencies has
changed since prelinking
S.?.....   /usr/bin/sqlite3
prelink: /lib/libc-2.5.so has a dependency cycle
