Open a command prompt.
dig {or ping} the sites you are trying to connect to:
dig rpm.livna.org
It seems like you don't have domain name to ip address resolution working properly.
Or perhaps you use a web proxy {check if that is the case in your browser}. If so, you need specific .etc.yum.conf settings to use the proxy.
