Each different minor version (e.g. 2.2 vs 2.4) usually (though not always) requires different version of python. Most likely you'd want to use http://download.fedoralegacy.org/fedora/3/updates/i386/yum-2.2.2-0.fc3.noarch.rpm. Try http://rpm.livna.org/configuration.html#Core3 http://fedoralegacy.org/ and http://fedoralegacy.org/download/ to look for which repositories to add.
