[Yum] yum-protectbase fixed, but it's not in the FC5 updates

Hi there!

I saw that you fixed the yum-protectbase plugin
(http://tinyurl.com/omxwb) and it works fine for me, but it is not
released in the FC5 updates. I don't think that Redhat's bugzilla is the
right place for me to post that, so I'm posting that here. Could you
file that to Redhat's bugzilla or somewhere?
